TERMS OF SERVICE
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase you make from it. The website and store are operated by The Quad Agency Canada Inc., of 200-1462 W. 8th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6H 1E1, Canada, which sells Humequine products ("Humequine", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Who can buy
We sell to customers with delivery addresses in Canada and the United States. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract where you live.
3. Our products
Humequine products are nutritional supplements for horses. They are for use in horses only. Use them as directed on the label.
Information on this website is general and educational. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace the judgement of your veterinarian. Speak to your veterinarian about any health concern for your horse, or before you change its diet.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (USA) or the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
It is your responsibility to make sure a product may be used for your horse where you live, and, for competition horses, under the rules of your governing body.
4. Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. They do not include shipping. Applicable Canadian sales taxes are added at checkout. For United States orders, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included and are paid by you, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
Barrels and totes are sold by quote. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and the order is confirmed once you accept it and pay in full before dispatch.
5. Payment
Payment is taken when you place an online order, through the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery is handled as set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. For 1 L, 4 L and 10 L orders, risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to your address. For barrels and totes, risk of loss passes to you when the carrier collects the order from our shipping point. Ownership of the product passes to you when we have received full payment.
7. Money-back guarantee and returns
Purchases of our 1 L, 4 L and 10 L sizes carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date, on the terms in our Refund Policy. We decide whether a guarantee refund requires the product to be returned, and return shipping is paid by you. After 30 days, all sales are final. Barrel and tote sales are final and are not covered by the guarantee. Damaged, defective and incorrect orders are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or an order is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or competition results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Website content
The text, images, logos and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. We try to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it will always be error free or uninterrupted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
